About
Today & Together – Where Care Meets Community
Today & Together is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) adult day program dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals living with dementia and those who may benefit from additional care and support. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding major holidays, providing a safe, engaging, and compassionate environment for every participant.
Our program features eight thoughtfully designed multi-purpose studios that support a wide range of meaningful, person-centered activities—from art and music to movement, sensory engagement, and social connection. Each day, participants enjoy a nutritious lunch and two snacks, all included.
What sets Today & Together apart is our dynamic blend of professional care and community involvement. Our trained, paid caregivers provide hands-on support, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring each participant receives the individualized care they need with dignity and respect.
In addition, we have a strong and growing volunteer presence and are actively recruiting individuals who bring unique talents and passions into the program. This allows us to offer parallel programming—creating smaller, more personalized group experiences that keep participants engaged, stimulated, and connected throughout the day.
At Today & Together, participants benefit from consistent socialization, purposeful engagement, and a sense of belonging. At the same time, caregivers at home—who often carry a 24-hour responsibility—gain invaluable respite, allowing them time to rest, recharge, and care for themselves.
Our daily fee is $150, with a minimum attendance of two days per week.
