The Outpost’s culinary program encompasses the heart and soul of Sonoma County, partnering with local farms and producers to offer seasonal breakfast, lunch, and evening menus. Chef serves up ingredient-driven California cuisine with international flair, inspired by favorite dishes from around the world and rooted in farm fresh goods. “Build-your-own” cheese and charcuterie boards, house-made pastas, rotisserie meats, hearty salads, dry aged beef and local seafood are just some of the specialty items on the menu, for dining in or to take away.
