In 1959, Mary Fazio opened a pizza Shack in Boyes Hot Springs. She made everything from scratch, from pizza dough to pasta sauces, and her Italian comfort food made the Shack a success. Now, more than fifty years later, Mary’s grandchildren continue her legacy, and own and operate 19 “Shacks” in Northern California.
