Join Lisa for a gentle stretch, a bit of strength to energize your body and awaken your senses, then cool down with a chill meditation. All levels of yoga experience welcome. Shop Flatbed Farm before or after the yoga & check out the Sonoma Regional Park for a hike. Mats, blocks and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your favorite yoga supplies.
