This summer, Music in Place and the City of Sonoma invite you to soak up the sunshine, sip local wine, and dance to live music at the Sonoma Plaza Grinstead Amphitheater during Sonoma Sundays On the Plaza, a free concert series running June 7 through October 4, 2026.

This week's lineup features Nicolas Bearde! Award winning recording artist, Nicolas Bearde is a singer-songwriter, actor and educator whose career has spanned over 35 years. From his humble beginnings, (born and raised in Nashville, TN, the second of 7 children) to touring the globe with many of today’s jazz legends, Bearde has traveled many roads. His style is likened to Lou Rawls, Nat King Cole and Bill Withers and he is known for his “velvet voice”, wit and engaging rapport that has drawn audiences into his live performances around the world.

Sonoma Sundays are free and open to all, thanks to the generous support of the Sonoma Community Center, The Dawn Redwoods Trust, and the McNeely Family Foundation.
