This documentary follows four immigration attorneys over a multi-year odyssey as Trumps 1st administration upends every law meant to protect those fleeing from persecution, violence and war. Viewed now, from the perspective of the second Trump administration, the film is more relevant than ever. Sonoma Immigrant Services carries on in the spirit of the heroines in Las Abogades, providing legal immigration services to those in our town who care for our community.
