Celebrate the season with Holiday Serenades on the Plaza, a joyful pair of free community concerts presented by Music in Place in partnership with the City of Sonoma and the Sonoma Tourism Improvement District. The performances will take place Sundays, December 14 and 21, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the Grinstead Amphitheater in Sonoma Plaza.

Set against the backdrop of Sonoma’s twinkling Plaza lights, Holiday Serenades invites the community to gather for an evening of warmth, connection, and festive spirit. Enjoy classic carols, winter favorites, and sparkling holiday arrangements performed by Sonoma’s talented youth and professional musicians. Guests can sip mulled wine and hot chocolate, nibble on cookies and other seasonal treats, and explore hands-on holiday crafts for kids presented by the Sonoma Community Center, a perfect way to experience the beauty and joy of the season.

“Holiday Serenades is all about bringing our community together through music and joy,” said Melissa Bingham, Executive Director of Music in Place. “There’s something magical about gathering in the glow of the Plaza lights to share in the sounds of the season.”

Holiday Serenades on the Plaza is free and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, dress warmly, and enjoy an evening of live music, holiday treats, and the twinkling lights of the Plaza.
