Historian David Rickman delivers a lecture titled "What was Worn in Mexican California: Myth vs. Reality". The lecture will cover the period of the Californio (Hispanic California) dress in the Mexican era, 1822 to 1847. Mr. Rickman has a degree in history from US Berkeley.
