• Handmade Trofie: learn how to make a simple, egg-free dough. No special tools necessary. The name for this unique pasta shape from Liguria Italy comes from the Greek word for "nourishment". It’s traditionally served with a pesto sauce and green beans, perfect for a summertime meal.
• Pesto: learn a quick and easy recipe utilizing summer basil that you can use for almost anything, but today we’ll use it to dress our hand-made pasta.
• Summer Beans: learn how to clean and blanch a variety of summer beans straight from our local farmers.
